How It Works
Large meters — 2" and above — are required to be tested periodically by most water utilities. An inaccurate meter costs you money or costs the utility money. Either way, someone is paying for water that isn't being measured correctly.
We bring a portable test bench to your site. No need to remove the meter or shut down your facility for an extended period. We test the meter in place using a calibrated test bench and a fire hose to generate the required flow rates.
Testing is done at three flow rates: low, intermediate, and high. Each rate is compared against the meter's rated accuracy. You receive a written report with pass/fail results at each flow rate.
